4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 DavoleBomb (965) - Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 13, 2011
Poured into a pint glass.
3.5 A: Murky dark yellow color. One finger of thick, creamy head with average retention and moderate lacing.
4.5 S: Lemony citrus and corriander top of the list of aromas. Earthy yeastiness and hay-like wheat. Fresh and clean, very nice.
4.5 T: This is really good. Perfect grassy/hay wheat backbone with lemon zest, corriander, a bit of clove, and residual yeastiness. Not any amazing flavors, but really elegant brew.
4.0 M: Medium body. A bit undercarbonated for the style. A little bit more and this would be perfect.
4.5 D: Very good, one of the best wits out there.
When I had this on-tap it was nowhere near as good.

Huge citrus aroma, doughy yeasts. Pours clear light golden with a big frothy head, but becomes murky as the yeast settles. Tastes sweet and salty with medium body, soft carbonation, and creamy texture.

As someone who is partial to wheat beers, I found this beer especially delicious. Simply a pleasant, crisp, and enjoyable beer.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20 AwYeh (102) - Canton, Ohio, USA - JAN 1, 2011
Pours a cloudy golden yellow, with one finger white head. Lots of suspended yeast sediment– there’s no expiration date but it just got into the store so here’s hoping it’s not too expired. Smell is yeasty, floral, and peppery; pears stand out among some citrus notes. Strong aroma for a witbier; smells like a tripel. Taste brings out coriander and a bit of orange. Lively carbonation, thin body, crisp; extremely smooth and drinkable.
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 LiteWait (266) - New Hampshire, USA - DEC 26, 2010
I thought the flavor was very pleasant but not over-powering. As stated in other reviews, the color is straw-yellow and cloudy, with a modicum of white head. Aroma is yeasty, lightly citrus-sweet, with a not-obnoxious amount of cloviness. Flavor is more of the same but with the addition of a nice maltiness that seems to create balance and doesn’t seem at all out of place. Mouthfeel is adequate. All-in-all, a very tasty brew. Recommended.

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy, hazy yellow with soapy, white head. Aroma of citrus peel, lemon notes, wheat, faint banana and slightly herbal. Flavor of citrus peel, wheat malt, light clove notes and very faint hints of banana and bubblegum. Mouth feel is light body with fizzy carbonation. Overall, pretty tasty and refreshing brew!
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20 dpento1 (227) - Virginia, USA - DEC 20, 2010
Poured a hazy, pale yellow with a lacing, white head. Aroma of spice, yeast, and citrus. Taste is very citrusy! There are also some wheat and spices in there. Finishes with some banana notes and lemongrass. Very refreshing! I will have to remember this one in the summer.

Aroma of banana, cloves, maybe orange? Very pale light yellow color, almost the color of a Bud Light but extremely hazy. Nice juicy head that dissipated quick. Sweet taste, extremely drinkable.
