Commercial Description:
Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy, bottled with yeast.

Poured a cloudy pale yellow color with a very small, disappearing head. Lots of floaters in my bottle. Aroma had a little bit of wheat (could have used a lot more), lemon, and coriander. Flavor was pretty weak. Comparable to a slightly wheat infused Coors light. Palate was way too light and too fizzy.

A great Belgian wit. Smooth and refreshing with active carbonation. Cloudy yellow color with white head. Flavor is sweet malt, coriander, lemon, yeast, and lots of spices. Very well done.

On tap toronado. Nice head and lacing. Beautiful blond color. Left me needing some more belgian-ness in the finish.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy, dark straw color with a medium white head. Aroma has a fuity sweetness with spice and bread. The flavor has some nice spices but very subtle with some coriander, bread and orange peels. It has a nice lemony zest hoppng and slight tartness on the finish but the flavor fades quick. A very enjoyable white.

Bottle. Strong lemony aroma. Cloudy yellow body, small white head. Flavor is spicy, medium sweet, and lots of lemon citrus. Refreshing and flavorful.

12oz bottle. Pours cloudy, straw yellow with a very small, white head. Smells light and crisp cereal malty with a hint of spice. Tastes crisp and and sweet malty with light citrus and light spice. Very nice brew, tasty and refreshing. Medium body, good carbonation.

Loved this beer. To be honest I am partial to this style, but I really couldn’t find anything I didn’t like about it. Pours light and hazy.
