On tap at Monks. What an excellent witbier. Pours a pale golden color with a white foam head. Has that clean delicate traditional witbier taste with notes of orange. Creamy. Nicely done.

Draught. Mild citric aroma, hint of fat yeast. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is nicely citric, good refreshing lemon note. Mild clove note.

12 oz bottle poured into a Duvel glass I got a rather large white head that laced out great. Sitting on top of a hazy (yes, I added the yeasties) yellow colored body brew. The brew has tons of Belgian yeast in the aroma with ample amount of spices, coriander stuck out for me. It is very aromatic and I do also use this brew to steam seafood because of it.
The flavor is slightly sweet with enough spicing to keep it in check. It is light and crisp in the mouth and a great beer to complement a lobster in my book. God knows I had a few of these with that type of meal.
I can drink mass quantities of this brew but, sometimes price comes into play so I stick with the 4 pack for me or a couple of glasses at a local restaurant

12 oz bottle. Pours with a small amount of white head that disappears quicky. Color is a cloudy golden yellow. Aroma is of coriander and cloves. Taste is much of the same with a bit of lemon citrus and spice. Smooth finish and overall excellent drinkability.

I thought the flavor was very pleasant but not over-powering. As stated in other reviews, the color is straw-yellow and cloudy, with a modicum of white head. Aroma is yeasty, lightly citrus-sweet, with a not-obnoxious amount of cloviness. Flavor is more of the same but with the addition of a nice maltiness that seems to create balance and doesn’t seem at all out of place. Mouthfeel is adequate. All-in-all, a very tasty brew. Recommended.

12 oz bottle at some random restaurant in Burlington.
Appearance : Hazy yellow with a big creamy and fluffy head. Lots of lacing.
Aroma : Lots of wheat. Some herbal notes.
Taste : Spicy and herbal with some wheat. A bit citrusy. Finish is a bit spicy with notes of wheat and herbs.
Overall : Nice and refreshing. Interesting herbal profile. With the yeast it gets much more yeasty and a bit too dusty. It was better without.
