Appearance: very appetizing--cloudy, creamy gold with a nice smooth head. Aroma: light fruit/citrus, sharp pine, lots of cloves. Taste: subtle yet bright citrus fruit, pine, coriander, clove, pepper, creamy wheat. Finish: medium length and strong, yet fresh, clean and very refreshing. Notes: Great wheat beer; creamy yet crisp and very refreshing. Could drink this every day. Very complex.

Pours murky white (duh) with a moderately strong sweet and bitter citrus nose. Flavor is fairly light and malty for a witbier and a bit lower on bitter orange peel than expected as well. It is, however, pretty well balanced, with a big sweet malt and some bittering hops, especially on the finish. A little watery but a very solid beer.

Bottle. Pours bright and hazy straw yellow with moderate white head. Aroma of bubble gum, wheat, and spice. Flavor is wheat, clove, and bubblegum with a soft citrus flavor balancing it out. Moderate body with a light malt finish. True to style and a delightful example of what’s good about wheat beers.

Had it in a 12 oz bottle. Not a big fan of white beers and this one was on par with that. The wife loves ’em though.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 adam42381 (331) - Fort Myers, Florida, USA - JUL 25, 2010
Appearance: Pours a cloudy yellow color with a 1 finger frothy white head which dissipates quickly. Nice lacing throughout.
Smell: Very nice mix of spices and wheat with a bit of lemon and orange peel.
Taste: Nice spicy flavor up front with strong citrus notes. Very similar to the smell, which is a good thing. Slight hoppy bitterness at the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-to-Medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Goes down very smooth.
Drinkability: High drinkability because it is so smooth. I could easily down several of these without any problem. Would be an ideal summer beer.
Overall: I would highly recommend this beer. Very good representation of the style.

12 oz from Total Wine Tampa. Pours clear yellow with a soapy white head. Nose is pepper, coriander, sweet citrus, and some sugar. Flavor picks up some slight bitterness in the finish, but is most notable for its light body, refreshing qualities, and lemon zest, pepper, and coriander. Pretty good overall, and a summer staple.

UPDATED: SEP 15, 2011 Bottle about 1 year old. Slightly cloudy golden color with a touch of lace. Looks more like a blonde. Fruity aroma with honey, apricots, spice like ginger. Pleasant and mild. Light, dry flavor with honey, ginger, apricots. Dry finish with light bitterness. Interesting interpretation of the style. I guess it would be better fresh. Still nice, though.
