Commercial Description:
Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy, bottled with yeast.

This pours kind of a murky yellow with a thicker head that quickly diminishes. The flavor is much stronger than a blue moon with a slight hint of banana. Great overall taste for a hot summer day.

Pours a dark and cloudy yellow, fairly murky with a medium sized fluffy head. Aroma is sweet orange and banana with some strong malt and citrus spiciness. Flavor has a very sweet start with some mild banana and clove spiciness in the finish. Creamy mouth feel and a medium body. Really refreshing summer beer for those moderately hot days. Way better than blue moon, and really enjoyable.

Tap at Kuma’s. Tried a sample and was underwhelmed. Better than Blue Moon. Pale orangey color, light tasting with a round fat body. Nothing out of the ordinary.

12 oz bottle. Cloudy straw with a puffy white head that leaves spots. Nose is wheat, perfume and coriander with bits of citrus peel. Almost medium with sharp carb but nicely bracing. Taste is wheat and yeast, mild lemon orange and a smidge of soap. Good summer stuff.

Cloudy, straw colored with nice white head, no aroma. Crisp, dry flavor, slightly grassy, with minor hop presence and an underlying citrus flavor. Palate is on the light side. On tap at The Shep’.

Allagash White is an unclear and hazy yellow amber color with a good initial but quickly disappearing white head. The lemon citrus aroma and taste is nicely sour while leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Bottle. pours a murky gold with a fluffy white head that doesn’t go away. Aroma is spicy yeast, bit of citrus. Taste is wheat, crisp citrus and coriander, spicy yeast - classic for the style, but fairly big. Finish is dry and yeasty, with a lingering spicy tartness. Mouthfeel is light but creamy at the same time, never watery. Delicious.

Pours a cloudy lemon color with a nice white head. The aroma is spicy, sweet and fruity. Flavor is light crisp and perfect for summer.
