Commercial Description:
Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy, bottled with yeast.

...big bottle from knightly spirits. This stuff was very impressive, and a perfect representation of the style. Nice, creamy head that lasts, and crisp mouth feel. Great spicy hints, and curaco making it true to the style. This beer was great, and I will be trying more from this company. I just need to find where to get it around here.

Deeply hazy pale ellow with a towering bubbly white head. Sweaty spicey aroma, a hint of citrus. Very wheaty flavour, with sweet spiciness and a hint of citrus zest. Dry, almost tart finish. This came across as a more austere example of the style, and I loved it for that.

Had from the tap at the Gingerman in Norwalk. A full bouquet of citrus and spice. It is very smooth and full flavored. A very enjoyable white.

A nice golden color with a medium white head. There was a vague scent of clove and hops/ The taste was phenominal, much better than the nose let on. It was a cool and crisp taste, with a hint of mint or clove. Wonderful mouth feel. Went down smooth, and if I didn’t have to get back to work I would have had another. Serving type: on-tap

Pours a cloudy golden yellow with thin white head. Citrus fruit aroma. Quaffable session beer with citrus lemon peel and orange flavor.
