This is the standard by which I measure all Belgians (yes, although it is brewed in Portland, Maine!). It has a cloudy, unfiltered look and a lemon-citrus, wheaty, banana and corriander taste.

Pour on tap, very hazy straw yellow pour with fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of nice white fruits, nice milky yeast, touch of grain, peach, pear, slight biscuit and bready notes, nice spice, finishing fairly fruity. Taste is lots of spice, but nice mixes of white fruits with peach, touch of grass, nice floral notes mixing into yeast, nice biscuit and bread, finishing fairly bitter but slightly sweet. Pretty nice.
