kidmartinek (972), austin, Texas, USA May 7, 2008 Pale straw with a tiny head, no lacing. Aroma is a little spice a little wheat, and plain. Flavor is medium bodied wheat, spice and a little banana scented yeast fart. Feel is a little fizzy. Finish is a bit frainy and heavier than you would expect. pumpmaster (473), Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA May 5, 2008 12 ounce bottle purchased at Total Wine Fort Lauderdale, FL for $2.29. Not bad. wcampbell (572), Central, South Carolina, USA May 4, 2008 Really good. Light, but full taste. Nice complexity in the wheat and spice. Light yeast flavor in the finish, some citrus flavor. Highly drinkable and refreshing. Nephilium (541), Ohio, USA May 3, 2008 Nice spice and wheat nose. Pours a cloudy orange with a nice fluffy white head. Nice and light on the palate, with a nice crisp spiced finish. Overall, a very nice white. carruthm (1110), Seattle, Washington, USA Apr 28, 2008 Had this in bottle in Philadelphia. Similar to Hoegaarden but with just enough differences to not make it a copy cat. Little more hops/floral to it than the straight coriander/citrus of Hoegaarden. kimcgolf (822), Dacula, Georgia, USA Apr 26, 2008 Had on tap. Poured to a hazy golden yellow with thin white head that lingered for a short while and left marginal lacing. Nose was citrus and floral, with good spices; allthough these did not translate as well in the flavor. Mouthfeel a decent blend of the fruity hops and a touch of malt sweetness. Clean taste with a nice smooth finish. Not bad. sinkr (212), Lusby, Maryland, USA Apr 21, 2008 Bottle->tulip: Pours a large, white, lasting head that exhibits spare lacing on top of a cloudy, yellow body. Aroma is of cookie, herbs, and light bacteria with some cookie notes as well. The body is light, the texture is sticky, and the finish is astringent. Short flavor duration, lightly sweet, acidic, and bitter and finishes vinegary.
Not a bad beer for the summertime, but I think there are other, cheaper alternatives out there that would work better. soyorganic (217), Denver, Colorado, USA Apr 20, 2008 Updated: Apr 27, 2008Orange spice aroma poured light gold color. Smooth Belgian wheat that would be good to drink summer BBQs. Smooth belgian wheat that is drinkable for someone who may be scared of good beer.
