Similar to Hoegaarden but with just enough differences to not make it a copy cat. Little more hops/floral to it than the straight coriander/citrus of Hoegaarden. kimcgolf (828), Dacula, Georgia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 26, 2008 Had on tap. Poured to a hazy golden yellow with thin white head that lingered for a short while and left marginal lacing. Nose was citrus and floral, with good spices; allthough these did not translate as well in the flavor. Mouthfeel a decent blend of the fruity hops and a touch of malt sweetness. Clean taste with a nice smooth finish. Not bad. sinkr (212), Lusby, Maryland, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 21, 2008 Bottle->tulip: Pours a large, white, lasting head that exhibits spare lacing on top of a cloudy, yellow body. Aroma is of cookie, herbs, and light bacteria with some cookie notes as well. The body is light, the texture is sticky, and the finish is astringent. Short flavor duration, lightly sweet, acidic, and bitter and finishes vinegary.
Not a bad beer for the summertime, but I think there are other, cheaper alternatives out there that would work better. soyorganic (217), Denver, Colorado, USA

Smooth Belgian wheat that would be good to drink summer BBQs. Smooth belgian wheat that is drinkable for someone who may be scared of good beer. pintsize (1042), Austin, Texas, USA

Thick dense pastel yellow white in color with a thin white head. Smell is funky, citris, and grassy. Drinkable but a bit thick tasting for me. Almost too boggy for me. Strykzone (1468), Wood River, Illinois, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 19, 2008 Honey gold body that is a shade lighter in color than many. A big white soapy head with good retention. Lots of carbonation. Nose of spice and tart fruit with yeast. It is crisp and refreshing with a nice wheat and yeast flavor. Only a bit of spice makes it way into the flavor and they are coriander and clove. This builds with glass temp. An unsettling dry bitter aftertaste shows up early but fades. The beer smooths out nicely as it warms. One of the better Witbiers. Jvittorio4187 (255), Boardman, Ohio, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 18, 2008 Pours a dirty gold. Lots of spice and slight fruit on the nose. Taste is nice with bannana and clove. Finish is clean and spicy. djd07 (733), Houston, Texas, USA

The aroma is clove banana and a bit of spice. Decent lacing on the glass. The taste is also banana and clove with a dry light spice finish. A good belgian white from Allagash.
