Jan 2, 2008 Tap.Hazy golden color with a short lived white head. Aroma of spices and citrus. Creamy mouthfeel. Wheat, citrus, coriander and pepper flavors. Spicy finish. A nice white beer, just not one of my favorite styles.

Dec 30, 2007 Updated: Jun 9, 2008I had batch # 36. This is a very nice, tasty wheat beer. It’s a cloudy light gold with a big, bubbly white head that slowly diminishes to a smaller lasting head with a little weak lacing. The aroma is grain, wheat, banana, and dough, with a faint hard-to-pin down element that might be the spices added to it. It has a nice light wheat beer flavour of grain, bubblegum, with a banana-grain finish and a light hint of spice. It’s a little oily with a zesty sweetish quality, very smooth and pleasant, but a little too sweet.

Dec 29, 2007 [743-20071006] 750mL (Batch #29). Weird spice and light tobacco wheat aroma with a weird pine background. Hazy, yellow light brown body with a quick off-white head. Belgian wheat and strange spicy alcohol wheat flavour. Medium body. Almost resembles flavoured carbonated soda.

Dec 28, 2007 Bottle for christmas dinner went well with the cornish hen we ate. The yeast and citrus cut through the fat of the meat. Big aroma of citrus and yeast. The orange and lemon flavors combined with the wheat and yeast give this one a big body with some subtle fruity characteristics. Banana and bread add to the complexity of this one.

Dec 27, 2007 Sampled at GABF 2007. Pours a hazy opaque deep gold with a matching white head. Banana esters and cloves to the aroma. Very wheaty flavor with a banana bread taste. Mildly sweet and a quick tart crisp finish. Good beer.
