COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy, bottled with yeast.

Cloudy pale gold with a two finger white head. Fair amount of lacings. Aroma of floral hops and grass. Taste is mild bready, grass, wild yeast, with a mildly bitter hop flavor. Very smooth drinker and quite sessionable. The hickory or boiled ham notes are minimal which made this a pleasant beer for me.

Draft at Good Night Irene’s Pours a pale yellow with a thin white head. The head dissapates rather quickly. Aroma of good citrus flavors. Has a malty flavor. Decent mouthfeel and pretty good carbination. This is a tasty beer but not totally outstanding.

Great Maine beer with all of the lovely crispness of a true wheat beer. Allagash achieves a superb pale and cloudy appearance with a nice citrus flavor.

An old favorite of mine. Pours a very pale straw yellow color with lots of crap floating around. Thin layer of white bubbles on top. Very intense aroma dominated by yeast. Lots of citrus, orange peel, and coriander. Grainy malt flavor with strong yeast flavor on top. Spicy and citrusy. Very crisp, refreshing and easy to drink.

This is an excellent white beer. Smells of citrus and spice which is expected. Cloudy golden yellow with a hint of orange. Best served cold and goes down nice nad easy on a hot summer day.
