Oct 21, 2007 Sampled @ GDBTF. Pours deep golden amber, slight white head. On the spicier side, with discernible coriander, peppery on the nose, tart lemony palate, very smooth for the style, goes down nicely. Look forward to trying more of their beers.

Oct 16, 2007 Pours a hazy sunny yellow with very little head that dissapates quickly. Aroma of spice, wheat and citrus. On the palate there are hints of orange and corriander weaved in with the wheat mash. Rounder.

Oct 10, 2007 Pours a cloudy yellowish-white. The aroma is a blend of wheat, yeast, citrus, and coriander. The taste is somewhat dry, with bits of spice, orange, lemon, and wheat. Overall a nice blend and pretty refreshing.

Oct 7, 2007 Pours frothy white head with lacing. Cloudy yellow colour it has. The aoma was rather citrusy, without as much banana as other witbiers have. Taste also is really fruity. Lemon or grapefruit is the most prominent. Banana takes back seat here again as well. Good level of carbonation. Also it is slightly sweet.

Oct 6, 2007 Great rendition of a style I normaly do not like. Great session type beer. All the typical spicy lemon flavors give it a nice crisp finish.

Sep 29, 2007 from bottle. pours a hazy yellow brown with a thin white head that fades to a film at the edges, and leaves a very slight lacing. smell is fairly strong bananas and cloves, and spices mixing with orange notes for a beneficial effect. tastes of wheat with the spice taking over the bananas and cloves, which are still there, but not as noticeably. the orange comes out a bit more in the taste. finishes dry with a hint of both bitter and sweet, with the moderate (but tiny) carbonation creating an almost creamy mouthfeel.
