Apr 16, 2007 Sampled on draft at Max’s Taphouse in Baltimore. The color was a light, cloudy gold, which was lighter on top, with a creamy white head. A fruity malt aroma, with a touch of orange, and plenty of wheat and yeast; perhaps some grainy/grassy hops. The taste was mostly sweet and fruit, some spice, but a sour finish too. It had a thicker feel on the palate, without a lot of carbonation or fizz. A pretty good beer for the style, but not one of my favorite types.

Apr 16, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Fruity esters and a little bit of spice in the flavor. In the aroma, the spiciness is not too strong. Good mouthfeel for the style. Dry, refreshing finish. This is one beer I would drink more often...

Apr 15, 2007 bottle. Pours a very cloudy light yellow with a creamy, white head. The aroma is full of sweet banana and cloves with Bavarian-type hops. Rich banana character is present in the flavor without much of a sugary flavor. There’s a wheaty, grainy note throughout with some light cloves in the finish. It’s very refreshing and reasonably full bodied. I think this is one of the better Witbiers I’ve had.

Apr 13, 2007 Poured 12oz. bottle into Hoegaarden tumbler. Pleasant aroma of coriander and cloves. Crisp flavor with orange and lemon with a zesty spice. This is spot on for this style. If you like Hoegaarden then you’ll like this.

Apr 8, 2007 Very pleasant surprise. The color and cloudiness were appreciated even though the head was absent - good lacing however. But the taste was right on. A hint of spice and citrus by not too much. I will definitely try more of their beers.

Mar 24, 2007 very cloudy lotsa head, very citrusy, sour ,some yeast, big cloves on the nose. slightly sour with lotsa clove and pepper, slightly acidic.

Mar 19, 2007 Bottle: Cloudy gold in color with a white head. Aroma, cloves, yeast, some wheat malts. Flavor, light wheat/bready taste, and some yeast, and spice to it. Kinda thin, but a decent beer.
