An excellent example of a wit, and as always Allagash is one of the few American brewers who can pull off Belgian styles in a meaningful way. Not the soppy stuff you get most of the time, this one delicately balances the spice and citrus in its golden body. Awesomely refreshing. bitbucket (2033), Kirkland, Washington, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 11, 2007 Draught at Hopleaf. Fairly nondescript aroma; somewhat sweet. Truly white in appearance (as white as a Belgian White gets). They have the style appearance down. Thin, creamy head. Some lace. Very nice flavor. Better than Sam Adams White which I had the previous evening. Not as fruitloopy as the SA; more Belgian. Smooth and easily drinkable. Nice White. RCL (1463), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA
