Mar 6, 2007 Batch #35. 750ml. Nice golden yellow with creamy head. Aroma and flavor of citrus, flowers, and spices. Thin, oily palate. Although not bad, tripel is more enjoyable.

Mar 4, 2007 Pretty simple witbier. Sour yeast on the nose along with lemon rind and other fruits. Pours ultra-pale cloudy yellow with a big ol’ white head. Some banana coming through on the nose, but mostly sour yeast and tin. Very dry. Not a very enjoyable drink. Poor interpretation of the style by Allagsh on this one.

Mar 2, 2007 Draught at Magnetic Field. Cloudy yellow/gold with a white head. Bread, banana and yeasty aromas. Off-sweet bready malt flavor with banana, lemon and mineral notes. Somewhat grassy finish. Body thins out after a while. OK domestic wit.

Mar 1, 2007 A very nice beer. The aroma and color are fabulous. When poured leaves a very nice head. Had two six packs while in Maine and wanted to bring more home. I highly recommend.

Feb 28, 2007 Bottle. Smells very nice, appearance is excellent with a clean golden color. Unfortunately had a water taste and went down way to quickly. Pretty disappointment for what I paid at Eulogy Tavern in Philadelphia which is an excellent Belgian Pub
