Allagash White

The pour reveals a slightly cloudy yellow color wih a medium, creamy, white head. The aroma has a solid presence of wheat with some lemon and mild spices. The flavor is solid, the lemon is more up front than in the aroma, there’s still a good wheat presence with some yeast and spices. The body is full with a creamy texture and mellow carbonation. A very fine witbier.

Bottle. Musty lemon/peach and clove/cardamom aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow color with small head. Musty apple/lemon flavor. Although this beer is on the light side, really liked the saison-like mustiness.

Quite a thin beer. Light and spicy. Great aroma, with the actual flavor just falling short of what the nose expected. The thing is that the watery consistency works well with what the flavor.

Pours a clear golden blond with a fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus. Hops and citrus fruits are apparent. Thin, but refreshing. Great summer beer.

Pours a nice clear light golden color. Head is medium fizzy white, mostly diminishing. Nice crisp clean beer. Goes very well with food.

Bottle. Pale yellow color with a small, fizzy white head. Carbonated, citrusy aroma. Taste is fruity, thin, with oranges and slight hops. Pretty good but not great.

very nice appearance of a hazy straw colored beer with a solid white head. taste has a strong wheat character, some complexities but more of a one dimensional beer than i would like

Very pale straw color, short white head. Lightly spicy, orange blossom aroma. Subtle flavors, velvety mouthfeel, very drinkable.
