I wouldn’t try this one again. GG (1615), NorCal, California, USA

Something for everyone with this one. The aroma is light citrus, clove, banana and wet grains. Flavor is yeasty, citrusy, lightly herbal and spicy with a strong apple undercurrent. Body is a cloudy, light yellow/golden color with a very nice thick white head. Soonah (910), Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 11, 2009 Taste test with Paulaner, Terrapin Sunray, and Allagash White. Aroma - Wheat, citrus, light clove, banana. Appearance - Dark yellow, hazy, thin white head with little retention but good lacing (best lacing of 3). Flavor - Citrus, wheat, light clove, very light spice. Palate - light body, thin feel, lively. Overall - I taste the most wheat and spice with this of the 3. Good beer but I can only give this one 2nd in taste and a tie in value with Terrapin. Berley31 (185), New Brunswick, Canada

Body was hazy with a dark-yellow color. Nice lacing. Aroma was strong with citrus (orange), but not at all overpowering. Nice on the palate, slightly creamy with average carbonation. Great flavor - citrusy, with a medium-lasting finish. A great witbier that was enjoyed on a sunny deck on the waterfront.
