COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy, bottled with yeast.

One bottle from BOTW. Poured a small head. Aroma of wheat and spices. Flavor of wheat and spicy coriander. More spicy than other Witbier’s I’ve had. Enjoyable.

On tap. Pours cloudy light yellow/white with a large-ish white head. Aroma is light wheat with some coriander. Flavor is medium-bodied wheat malt, with some coriander and zest, and a somewhat spicy finish. Nice wit interpretation.

Pours a hazy lemon yellow with a creamy medium white head...great retention and lacing. Aroma has nuce subtle spice and citrus. Flavor is more on the spicy side...coriander...some mild wheatiness...good spicy bitterness. Mouthfeel is light/medium with a dry spicy finish almost like a saison.
