A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is extremely lemony - just like squeezing a lemon right under Your nose. The flavor is sweet wheaty - again with loads of lemon - almost like lemonade, leading to a dry spicy end, that reminds me of lemongrass. The body is thin. OK - but too much lemon for me.

From tap at Solana Beach as Wit. Pours hazy yellow with a lacng white head. Light wheaty and estery aroma. Flavour is smooth wheaty with a ight coriander spice note. Medium dry and light wheaty into the finish. Mild banana accent coming up into the far finish.

Pale yellow, hazy. Light bodied, very drinkable. Nice spicyness, and good citrus flavour. This is very much a Belgian style wit.

Bottled@Monks Café Sveavägen, Stockholm. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is rather papery and fruity along with some slight notes of wheat. Flavour is wheat, fruits, nectar, cardboard and some mild notes of spices/herbs. OK, but a bit thin for being a really good Witbier.

Draught. Mild citric aroma, hint of fat yeast. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is nicely citric, good refreshing lemon note. Mild clove note.

Muddy light blond color. Light aroma, some wheat, spices, citrus fruits. Simple flavor; poor, with a hint of citrus fruits. Useless to me.
