Feb 5, 2006 the allagash classic. a great brew to drink any time. cloudy golden colour with a nice white head. tastes spicey with a bit of fruity flavors and yeast overtones. like others have said, a great summertime brew but really enjoyable anytime. thats why im drinking it now

Oct 26, 2008 Banana yellow, mildly hazy with a thin white head. ’’I’m every Witbier’’ with aroma of coriander, orange peel, spicy yeast and a little lemon. Taste of heavy yeast, orange peel and some yeast, pretty monotonous throughout. Ok witbier.

Jul 11, 2006 Pours hazy golden with a fully receding white head. Aroma of orange, fruits, and mint. Taste is sweet and yeasty with notes of wheat and mint. Mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Nov 25, 2002 Belgian white is one style I really don’t care for, but I gave this one a whirl any how, this didn’t have that ’churned up veggie’ flavor that I find in a lot of white beers, lakced a little body, nice lacy soft white head, decent white beer

Sep 8, 2006 Corked 750 mL bottle, Batch 28 according to label. Pours a straw color (second glass pours much cloudier than the first) with a pretty substantial head. Aroma is unique... pear, coriander, maybe some subdued cloves, a little soap and plenty of dough. Head is substantial... two or three fingers in a pint glass. Flavor is very spicey... one of the most heavily spiced beers I’ve tried. I’m picking up cloves and coriander leading the charge as the initial surge of smooth wheat sweetness subsides. A peppery note brings the whole thing to a close. Lemon is also present as this beer transitions away from what I expected in a wit to that spiciness that I didn’t see coming.

Mar 18, 2008 On tap at Plan B, served with a slice of orange. Pours a cloudly yellow with slight white head. Tastes of your typical Belgian witbier with a nice blend of spices in the finish. Good, refreshing beer but make sure you drink it while it’s still cold.

Jul 11, 2007 Bu au Lompoc café à Bar harbor, Maine, en fut (20 oz). Jaune très blanchie et brumeuse. Arome doux de blé/banane, malté, quelque petits fruits crèmeux. Goût légé de malte et d’épice doux, surtout coriande, des notes de fruits crmeux. Très agréable!
