Nov 22, 2002 A Belgian ale without the overwhelming taste of yeast. Orange peel and corriander. Hazy, yellower than a German wheat beer. Stands up nicely to a pepperoni pizza, which complements the yeast that is present in the flavor. An enjoyable beer to drink, but not a beer to study or write about.

Oct 1, 2005 12oz. bottle. Hazy yellow/golden color with a large white head. Aroma of coriander, citrus and yeast. Flavor was on the sweet side, with a lot of coriander, some lemon and oranges. Not bad.

Jan 10, 2007 Pours a hazy golden yellow white large bubbly foamy head. Nose is a complex and pleasant blend of many nice aromas: lemon,wheat,green grapes,and some spices. It was a refreshing drink with a nice light taste.
