Then he drank two more. He was really impressed, and so was I. Well-rounded and good on spice and yeast. NYHarvey (2154), New York, New York, USA

Lemon fruit yellow with a two finger thick white head. Lots of coriander yeasty wheat notes. Mild citrus spritziness in the finish. That finish is also dry and somewhat tart. Decent Witbier. marvinpontiac (117), Huntington Beach, California, USA

Big white head, slightly sour, and very cloudy on the pour. A little sweet on the aftertaste and just a little waterier than a great wit but good and very drinkable. Nice, crisp taste with a beautiful cloudy color. Refreshing on the palate and just all around a very nice beer. rds (230), USA

You must get that yeast out from the bottom. joeneugs (371), Livermore, California, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Oct 28, 2009 Pours pale golden yellow with a nice white head. The aroma is wheaty, lemony and spicy. The flavor is excellent. Complex spice character with citrus notes in there, but the interesting thing was the unique cream of wheat flavor followed by a dry finish. one of my favorite belgian wits. borgination (101), Lee, Massachusetts, USA
