The predominant aroma/taste I got from this was apricot. The beer had a nice tang to it, naturally cloudy, and not too carbonated. Could have been a bit more yeasty in flavor, perhaps a little more hops. Just a bit too watery. Overall I enjoyed it.

Very nice vanilla, lemon hop aroma, with plenty of dough and some flowers. Spicy palate with some cloves, orange flesh and a creamy finish. Very satisfying.

UPDATED: JUL 24, 2009 Beautifully balanced wheat and spices (white pepper, ginger, and coriander?) in a superb aroma and more diplomatic flavor profile…Citrus fruit of course and a whisper of herbal hops in the finish…Lots of wheat flavor too for a super refreshing Witbier…

12 fl oz bottle. Yellowish white and hazy. Medium sized white head that clings to the glass. Light aromas with pepper corns and yeast. Spices are subtle indeed. Soft and really mellow mouthfeel. Medium-bodied. Coriander and just a little lemon. Aftertaste is lightly bitter and dry. This is a great thirst quencher and a great witbier.

Nice thick yellow color, with not much head. Lemon pepper aroma, which is damn fine. Taste is quite similar to the aroma, sweeter to begin with, but ends with a nice sharper finish. One of my favorite belgian white's I've encounter.

Lots of coriander with a touch of smoky black pepper and lemon in the aroma. White pepper/hoppy flavors abound. Consistent rim of fluffy head. Not mouth-filling but very refreshing.

A Belgian ale without the overwhelming taste of yeast. Orange peel and corriander. Hazy, yellower than a German wheat beer. Stands up nicely to a pepperoni pizza, which complements the yeast that is present in the flavor. An enjoyable beer to drink, but not a beer to study or write about.
