COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy, bottled with yeast.

Would drink this one again, but not at the top of my list. Pours a cloudly, light caramel/gold color. Large white head that dissipates slowly, leaving a small white head which stays throughout the beer. Nice amount of lacing. Aroma has a strong lemony scent. There was a bit too much carbonation, but overall a nice mouthfeel even though the carbonation gave it a bit of a bite. There was a citrus taste, a nice orange taste throughout. There was a bit of a lemon finish. Pretty good control of the taste, a nice mixture with the spices and all.

Slightly hazed yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma is medium wheat malt with a touch of coriander. Semi sweet start with a touch of pepper. Wheaty malt with a flat wheat finish and a medium/light bitter. A touch of floral hops and Belgian yeast. Medium bodied with aggressive carbonation. ok by me

Aroma: wheat, yeast. Appearance: light, clear yellow, massive, creamy, white head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: initial malty sweets continue, some dry bitters coming up. Overall: decent Witbier, nicely balanced. Pint at Big Brew, Morristown.

Pours golden yellow with a foamy white head that lingers a while. Nose is all Belgian: farmyard cider notes, spice. Taste is balanced. Not too sweet. A bit thin for me. Slight citrusy finish. Very nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap @ burger.: murky gold with a nice white head. Rubber and yeast aroma with yeasty banana flavor. Thought it would be a little more mellow. Thick feel and tasty.
