Cloudy yellow without a lot of head. Spicy nose with a little sweet maltiness. Tartness jumps out first, followed by citrus and clove and corriander. Yeast present throughout.
Pretty creamy body. Dry finish with doughy hints. Another winner from Allagash.

Pours a hazy lemon yellow with a creamy medium white head...great retention and lacing. Aroma has nuce subtle spice and citrus. Flavor is more on the spicy side...coriander...some mild wheatiness...good spicy bitterness. Mouthfeel is light/medium with a dry spicy finish almost like a saison.
