Pours a mostly clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has some tropical fruit and passionfruit...just a touch of spice. Flavor follows suit and adds just a touch of rindy bitterness...gets more bitter towards the finish. Mouthfeel is medium and the finish is spicy/fruity and bitter.

Mango, papaya, citrus fruit, and floral aromas. Hazy, golden peach, with white head, good retention. Off-dry, fruity, herbal, floral flavors, and snappy bitterness. Medium body, full, fluffy carbonation, and an earthy, herbal, bitter, lasting finish.

Served on draft at Beer Run. Iíve been after this one for quite a while, so, hooray! Pours a hazy peach color with almost no head. Aroma of herbal and citrus hops, herbal notes, earth, bread, mild spice. The taste is bready malts, big citrus notes, faint caramel and an herbal hop finish. Medium bodied, nice balance, mild lingering bitterness. Very nice beer.

Draft. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Fruity, almost like over-ripe peaches, lighter floral notes, and some hints of citrus. Yeastyness and sweetness are relatively restrained. Pretty good.

Aroma of lemon, pineapple, pear and capers. Pours light blonde with a fizzy head. Tastes like a yeasty pina colada. Pinapple, cocoanut and sourdough shine through. Very pleasant.

On tap at the Alehouse Aroma is bursting with ripened pear, fruity yeast, spice bread, and apricot. Smooth with low carbonation, but lively enough. Sweet upfront with more overripe fruit and crackery malt. A bit of yeastiness in the middle lends it some complexity. Finishes dry, with only a hint of booze. Really nice Tripel from Allagash.
