Cask (handpump) @ Market Porter, 9 Stoney Street, Southwark, London, Greater London, England SE1 9AA.

Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, hay, fruity, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, acrid fruity bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110618]

Cask@Market Porter, London. Slightly hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, vanillaish and mildly vanilaish. Flavour is being quite much the same in a nice balance. Is this really a pils? Tastes more like a golden ale to me.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Light haze on this gold beer, no real head. Light dry palate, very mild fine carbonation. Mild orange citrus with a little honey. Pretty dry finish. Okay. More of a low carbonation golden than a lager. Bit too dry.

Cask @ Market Porter, London.
Pours clear golden with a smal, creamy off-white film head. Mild aroma, some metal and malty, maize-like sweetness. Medium carbonation, a bit thin and too flat. Flavour is very sweet, lots of pilsner malts, light sugary. Very mild grassy bitterness. Not impressive.

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: sweet pale malts, bit of honey, herbal and grassy hop, minerally sweetness, but not sulphury. Interesting.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Lime, biscuity malt and grain in the aroma. Lemon, lime, tea and some earthy notes in the taste. Drinkable enough, but I feel its lacking something overall.

This lager with an interesting brewing process is certainly crisp and easy to drink.

Keg at The Free Trade Inn, Byker. Hazy straw yellow with little to no head. Aromas of cooked corn and straw. Taste has more of the same, and a very faint bitterness. OK lager.
