2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask (handpump) @ Market Porter, 9 Stoney Street, Southwark, London, Greater London, England SE1 9AA.
Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, hay, fruity, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, acrid fruity bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask@Market Porter, London. Slightly hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, vanillaish and mildly vanilaish. Flavour is being quite much the same in a nice balance. Is this really a pils? Tastes more like a golden ale to me.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
10th July 2012
Chelmsford Beer Festival. Light haze on this gold beer, no real head. Light dry palate, very mild fine carbonation. Mild orange citrus with a little honey. Pretty dry finish. Okay. More of a low carbonation golden than a lager. Bit too dry.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Cask @ Market Porter, London.
Pours clear golden with a smal, creamy off-white film head. Mild aroma, some metal and malty, maize-like sweetness. Medium carbonation, a bit thin and too flat. Flavour is very sweet, lots of pilsner malts, light sugary. Very mild grassy bitterness. Not impressive.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: sweet pale malts, bit of honey, herbal and grassy hop, minerally sweetness, but not sulphury. Interesting.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
On cask at The Bow Bar Summer Beer Festival, 2011. A light blonde colour with a lacy white head. Aroma of sweet musty honey. Tar and rubber flavours with barley, honey and light caramel notes. A wet cardboard flavour also. Very low carbonation for a lager.

This lager with an interesting brewing process is certainly crisp and easy to drink.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap @ the Stockbridge Tap. Pours clear and golden - the head disappears fairly quickly. The nose has a touch of citrus but mainly it’s green beans and sweetcorn. The taste has more of the same. The palate is as expected, fairly one dimensional but at least very refreshing. Not a bad lager.
