Golden color, lively carbonaion, foamy head. Grainy aroma with yeast notes. Flavor is very grainy but not sweet or really malty. Hops in the end and a dry, light bitter finish. Common micro brew Helles, not completly fermented.

Herber Antrunk, weich. Passend nur wenig süß, leicht hopfig, herb geprägt. Das Bier wird nun herber und entwickelt holzige Töne. Bitterholzig auf angenehmem Niveau. Gut abgestimmtes und angenehm hopfiges Kellerbier. 11/11/12/11//11
