COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a short frothy white head. Yeasty and moderately sweet wheat-malty aroma with sourish fruity notes of citrus and a touch of banana. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Present wheat-character citric and banana-fruity taste with spicy and tart notes towards the moderately dry and slightly fizzy finish. A rather average, but surely drinkable Hefeweizen. 31.III.10

Courtesy of Fonefan. It is unclear, light, grey-golden with a huge, white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, clove, banana and yeast. The flavour has sweetness and notes of butterscotch, wheat, banana and a rather sharp clove-like yeast in the long finish.
