Aroma is a roastiness with some nut notes. Taste is a well balanced malt / hop character. Sweet malts finish smoothly and the hops are not too over powering. Appearance is aclear amber with a pearl head that retains fairly

Pours medium Brown, aroma of caramel, not bad taste but almost like it’s missing something, still decent though.

Pours mahogany brown, aroma of caramel, roasted malts. Taste is alright, caramel, a bit sweet. Is ok, a bit chemical tasting, not the best of alley kat

341mL Bottle.Clear amber pour, can gives it a larger than average head. Aroma is nutty, almond, hazelnut, vanilla, roasted malts. Taste is light and sweet, with a clean mouthfeel that is quite refreshing.

Crappiest beer I’ve had from Alley Kat. It tastes strongly of some sort of artificial caramel flavour, always manages to seem flat, and is beyond bland. Stick to Charlie Flint or Blue Moon if you’re at the pub.

341ml bottle pours amber in color with a finger of off-white head that leaves hardly any lacing on the glass. Aroma is caramel and chocolate with some herbal notes. Taste is a caramel and chocolate sweetness with a herbal bitterness in the finish. A decent amber ale, but nothing memorable.

341mL bottle poured light brown into glass with off-white head and small lacing. Aroma is caramel and some floral hops. Taste is lightly sweet caramel and a mild bitter hoppiness in the finish. Light carbonation and medium body, this beer is a fine example of the style.

Bottle - Toffee, orange and roasted malts. Clear copper with a white head. Caramel, light roast coffee and some light bitterness. A very uninspiring amber.

Clear dark brown pour with small light tan head. Aroma of malts and toffee. Taste of malts, caramel and slightly nutty. Medium carbonation and thin mouthfeel. A little dissapointing.

Pours a clear dark brown with little to no head and hardly any tan lace around the glass after pouring out of the bottle. Aroma is quite rich and consist of caramel, toffee, roasted barley, it’s nutty, sweetness. Flavours of toast, caramel, chocolate malt really becomes noticeable once allowed to warm up and some light bitterness on the finish. Great mouth full of well balanced malt on this one just dont drink it super cold or it masks the flavour!
