COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our most popular fruit beer cooler. Only the finest wheat malts and natural apricot extract are used to hand-craft this fine straw coloured beer. Aprikat apricot beer cooler is a very clean, fruity beer which complements lighter foods and curried dishes. It also complements lighter desserts such as fruit plates and pound cakes.

Clear golden pour, small white head. Aroma of malted wheat, apricots. Light carb, a touch watery. Bright fruity finish with a light bitterness.

Bottled sample for courtyard Marriott in Edmonton. My least favorite of the trip. Not a fan of fruit beer

Hazy amber-golden pour from a 341mL bottle. Small white head with very light lacing. Aromas of grain and apricots. Taste is initially sweetness of malts and apricots followed by a long dry finish. A quite enjoyable fruit beer.

One finger fluffy white head soon faded to a thin layer. Weak lacing. Smells included bread yeast and fruit. Tasted of bread with a sweetish apricot finish. Mouthfeel was light but the apricot sweetness thickens the finish a bit. No major flaws but the fruit sweetness would stop me from drinking more than a couple. Judging by previous reviews it seems that the beer may have been improved lately.

It pours a light golden color with some orange hue’s. It has a quick disappearing white head and very little lacing. On the nose I am getting some wheat malt and some light apricot. The flavor is an over bearing sweetness. I am getting a good dose of wheat, apricot. Also there seems to be some peach notes as well. It finishes a little dry and bitter. This is more of a cooler than a beer, having said that I can see how the ladies like it.

Tap at beer bros Regina. Subdued aroma, maybe Apricot maybe peach, Im not sure. Taste is overly sweet, not puckering sweet but just too much. Like eating candy. Not much going on, a bit of malt character, some bite towards the end. Not very good.

Definitve raspberry nose after a orange-reddish pour. A little bit of nutmeg in here too for a nice touch. Taste is certainly fruit dominant but also heavy on the sweet ....for me anyway. A rasp of flowers muddle about the mouth as well. Malty finish.
