COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - April to June.
A fabulous Extra Pale Ale; brewed almost exclusively with Lager Malt and with the American, Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops providing wonderful citrus and floral notes.

Cask at CPK on 13 April 2011. Slightly hazy gold beer with thin scummy head. Yeasty aroma with popcorn scents. Very bitter liquid with peanut notes, cheese and grassiness. Thick texture and very fulfilling. Enjoyed this beer.

Cask@The Clarence, New Brighton. Hazy faded gold colour with a thin white head. Nose had notes of citrus, biscuity malt and a touch of paint. Crisp and easy drinking with a soft fullish mouthfeel. Plenty of juicy fruit and nice hop bitterness in the flavour which lingered on into the finish. Tasty and very drinkable stuff.

Cask at the Duke William, Stourbridge. Pours a very pale gold with a medium head. Aroma is some citrus hops and honey sweetness. Taste starts sweet with a medium bitter finish and a grassy aftertaste.
