Cask; Special - July 2012.
South Seas Pale Ale - a Pale Ale with strong herbal hop flavours.
Single hopped with Pacific Jade. This variety is the most recent release out of the New Zealand Hop Research Programme. The aroma is "bold" as it delivers a herbal infusion of fresh citrus and crushed black pepper along with a soft bitterness with the citrus aromas and flavour notes working well to temper the malt sweetness.
