COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Cask; Occasional. Rev. Ray is brewed as a traditional Best Bitter using Maris Otter and Crystal malts. The hops are English East Kent Goldings and Challenger plus American Liberty; resulting in a peppery hop, ripe vine fruit and biscuity malt flavour that cascades across the tongue. Typical of All Gates beers Rev. Ray relies on the late addition of the aromatic hops.
