COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Czech style pale ale "Single hopped, clean, mellow with citrus notes" The third beer in our series of eight showcasing Polish and Czech hops in a single hop series, this time featuring Polish ’Sybilla’ hops. This is a new variety from IUNG Pulawy which is registered as a bitter hop but has typical aroma characteristic. It is a mix of Lublin and Slovanian Styrian Golding. The hop has high alpha acids and the beer is clean and mellow, the hops almost noble-like and give lovely citrus and other fruit notes; it has a faint caramel, balance and elegance with wheat and straw character.

Cask at Cloisters. Pours a blonde colour with a thin white head. Citric aroma with lemon notes. Some barley also. Citric flavours, predominantly orange and some lemon, with barley and caramel. A little soapy finish with a dry and bitter finish that I enjoyed.
