Bottle. Fresh hay and grass aroma. Golden, fine plentifull carbonation, white lace. Honey to bready straw malt, light honey notes, a bit of grassyness. Medium body, sparkly mouthfeel. Pleasant.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Interesting and entertaining Helles with a usual malty aroma and a bit sweetish taste. Ends with a bit hoppy bitterness. Quality beer but there are better out there.

Bottle bought on local trinkgut and shared with MichaelBruch. Clear and deep golden colour with steady and creamy head. Taste of a solid Helles; mild citrus fruits, orange peel, herbs such as coriander and parsley as well as some bitter hops. Very dry finish. Okay and nice to drink but nothng special, little bit dull on the long term.

Clear yellow/golden with a thinnish white head.
Nose of pale malt, grain and mild hops.
Tastes of pale malt, bread, grass, no big flavours.
Medium bodied, typical carbonation for style, average!

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Clear gold. It look like lager and is. A very solid malty Helles. Not much to say. Clean, good grain. Light, sunshine et al. Like it. It is surely a healthy thing, to reconnect with archetypal German Lagerbier efficiency on a regular basis, non?

Clear golden yellow, large white head. Malty nose. Malty, grainy, hints of bread. Hoppy flavours in the finish.

Für meinen Geschmack, der eher herb und bitter eingestellt ist, etwas zu wässrig im Geschmack. Sonst sind aber alle Merkmale eines vollständigen Bieres vorhanden.
