Bottiglia da 0,50. Weiss non filtrata di buona qualitá. Schiuma abbondante e cremosa. Carbonatura adeguatamente abbondante. Corpo consistente. Aroma dolce con spiccato sentore di "campo". Finale equilibrato e morbido. Consiglio 7/10

0,5 l bottle at RBHD-gathering, Tau, Oct-2014. Misty golden body with a large dense white head. Ripe banana, wooden and smokey yeast notes on the nose and faint ammonium-ish hints. Meaty, sweet and a faint bitterness. Flatish and light doughy. Medium bodied.

Shared 500 ml bottle at local tasting, from Getränke Hoffmann, Harrislee. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Typical sweetish hefeweizen aroma of banana and cloves. Smooth mouthfeel. Flavour of banana, citrus and cloves, minimal hops.

Strong Aroma of banana and Sugar. Cloudy Orange-yellow. On the Sweeter side for Hefe, too Sugary for me. Also has a a Body that is too light and could be Crisper and thicker. Nice and Refreshing Summer Hefeweizen.

Solid Hefe, though the taste of the hop extract that’s an ingredient (as frankly described--oh, german labeling laws?--on the bottle) is obvious and mars things somewhat.

500 ml swing top bottle. Pale sunrise orange, quite hazy, with a big, creamy, fluffy and persistent bright white head. Typical hefe smell, but a bit more delicate than usual. Banana, clove, slightly grassy, bready malts, just a hint of butter. Slightly astringent, pleasent moderate bitterness upfront, certainly more sweet in the end. Malty, sugary, slightly spicy and peppery. Relatively refreshing and easy to drink, but slightly chunky as expected. Soft to average carbonation, medium body, creamy texture. Ok overall.
