Svesse (4215) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - SEP 4, 2010
(Bottle, Aufsturz, Berlin, 24 July 2010) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, hay, grassy hops and bread spices. Malty taste with notes of bread, grain, some tropical fruit and spicy, grassy hops in a finish with a decent bitterness. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Clean and fresh, quite nice.

stobbe74 (2767) - DENMARK - AUG 27, 2010
Bottle. Pours a clear amber beer with a white head. The aroma is malt and DMS. The flavor is malt with some hops. The palate is sweet. Overall a beer below average.

Chickencoop (188) - California, USA - AUG 15, 2010
Classic taste for a classic style. Big bitter - hoppy, bready beer. Much more taste from the smell to the taste. This is just a bigger in every way german pilsner. Pretty drinkable, but can’t imagine putting to many of these down in a row, totally filling. Cool artwork as well.

Dedollewaitor (9263) - Odense, DENMARK - AUG 9, 2010
Bottle @ Berlin/Bavaria Tasting, Odense. Pours clear golden with a small creamy off white head. Lots of grain and hay. A bit of buiscuit. Thin and quite weak.

asheft (2032) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 22, 2010
[bottle] Nice fresh noble hops aroma that is slightly herbal and with a faint hay accent. Clear golden straw under a big white patch. More like a Pils; prominent herbal and spicy hops that is bitter and masks what might have been nice base malt. Light body, medium carbonation, moderately bitter finish.

KimJohansen (10337) - Copenhagen V, DENMARK - APR 25, 2010
Clear golden with a large white fluffy and long lasting head. Aroma had grassy hops, malt and hay. The bone dry flavour had a fair amount of grassy hops, malt and hay. Finished dry and bitter. Not bad.

Leighton (3598) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 12, 2010
Bottle. An interesting and decent beer. Pours an amber-honey brown with a sturdy, white head. Aroma of sweet malts and some grains. Earthy flavor with some grass and slight metallic notes. Malt liquor characteristics. FInish is dry, smooth and pretty sweet. Not bad overall.

   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 7/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 14/20
troopie (1557) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - OCT 30, 2009
Bottle. Poured dark honey yellow with medium white head. Moderate lacing. Full aroma of malt, honey and new grass. Flavour is all over the tongue, much maltiness. But there was an unfortunate metallic something in the finish that kept this from being a beer to rave about
