Bottle. Yellow colour with a big white head. Light malty, grassy aroma and a sweet malty, straw taste. Medium body with a sweet finish.

Grainy, malty sweet..honey bread tinged aroma. Pale yellow in color with a pinky thin white head. Fore is honey tinged malt sweetness with a slightly aspirin like bitterness. Other than that little else. Not the most refreshing or tasty lager to cross my lips...by a long shot.

Not one of the greatest beers I’ve ever had, but good all around drinking type. You can’t beat the picture! - And it’s straight outa Kempten!!!

I bought this bottle in Kempten. It has a nice amber colour. The head disappear quickly though, leaving just a very thin ring. It has a balanced smell between malt and hops and a little metallic smell. The taste is a bit malty with a nice hoppy aftertaste. There is a hint of alcohol in the aftertaste though.

Bottle purchased at Manchester Wine and Liquors. I have a feeling this bottle is over a year old based on my profound experience with this store and the faded colorings on the price tag. Was stored in the back of a bottom shelf, though, at room temp. Aroma is somewhat fruity, estery, and grasslike. Some mild banana yeastiness present as well. A bit metallic and somewhat sweet. Interesting enough aroma. Transparent golden color with a small whitish quickly dissipating head. Start has a small smoked maltiness. Almost musty. A bit of spicy, astringent, hoppy bittermess to finish. A touch dry. This is very good in the world of pale lagers, but it’s still a pale lager...

(Bottle 50 cl) Very pretty, fully golden beer with a tall, dense and creamy head. Quite full-bodied with a malty sweetness and a discreet bitterness. Solid brew if not overly refined. 140302

Draft, Baja Bean, Staunton VA. Pale straw color with white head. Yeasty nose with hints of light/yellow citrus and some light graininess. Smooth mouthfeel with flavors of light lemony citrus, light malt, and balanced yeast. A fantastic light lager, very refreshing.

Clear amber with a nice frothy off-white head. The aroma is a bready with light grass and sweetness akin to over-ripe apples. The flavor is not half bad. Bread and light sour apple sweetness, some spicy/grassy hops. Fairly enjoyable on this unbearable torrid and humid day.

Pours a hazy dark golden with a good creamy white head that doesn’t last very long, not much lacing either, grassy and flowery aromas. Bready, cracker and apple flavors with a strange sourness. Medium bodied with a light and crisp mouthfeel, finishes dry.
