The bottle looks very simple, the beer in the glass is okay. Starts very zippy-fresh, quite fruity like apple, modest sour, not too sweet. Finish modest yeasty, not too much, still fresh-fruity. Doesn’t become weak - really good!

Bottled at Aulendorfer Ritterkeller, Aulendorf, Baden-Württemberg. Hazy pale yellow coloured. Very weak and light. Some yeastiness. High carbonation level. Watery.
