Poured a hazy orange/brown color that almost looks olive green. White foamy head. Orange and banana in the aroma with wheat. It’s a little bit skunkier than I hoped. Taste is smooth and sweet with wheat and fruity flavors. The orange flavors taste a little unnatural. There are also notes of dough and biscuits, which is nice. Overall it is smooth and drinkable, but it’s not the best example of the style.

The bottle looks good the same as the beer in the glass. Zippy, creamy head. Starts fruity like apricot, a little bit sweet, modest yeasty. Finish becomes drier and drier, the end is almost a bit floury. Not my favourite!

Tap @ Weinstube Rebstock Biberach. Blonde, cloudy. Banana in the aroma. Slightly herbal, yeasty flavor with banana and tangerine. Short citrus aftertaste. Just a plain, pretty standard hefeweizen.
