Can sample at a tasting at Stas’s place. Thanks Alexey/ DSG. Clear gold with white fizz. A little green apple juiciness in the nose, mild taste, slightly malty and slightly bitter. Light body, a little grainy finish.

Smell and taste - grainy malts, sweet, light grassy bitterness. Light-bodied, clean but quite dull.

Can sample at a tasting at Stas’s place. Thanks Alexey. Clear yellow. Grainy aroma with hay and light vegetal hints. Flavor is a bit sweetish with graininess, a papery hint and a drier finish. Light-bodied. Rather non-offensive.

Bought in a supermarket in Kazakhstan. The Alma-Ata range are the cheapest beers that Carlsberg Kazakstan produce and this was my second tasting of their range and it wasn’t too bad to be fair. Lacking any real flavour though to make it a real decent lager.
