COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Belgian-style Extra Pale Ale is brewed with heaps of sweet Mandarin oranges from Blossom Bluff Farms and California two-row barley. We dry-hop with generous doses of aromatic Cascade and Columbus hops and finish the beer with a hint of lightly toasted American oak.

Dry hopped, citrusy, piney. This pale is big on ar aroma, body, an taste. They can call it an extra pale ale, but it’s a west coast pale ale...way hoppier than most pale ales and even a lot of ipa’s. This is a great beer!

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, clear orange pour with lacing white head, aroma brought notes of lemon, citrus, orange peel into some caramel, some pine in there as well. Taste is a mix of bread, biscuit, some lemon, herbal notes into some orange, slight pine, finishing bitter, dry. Pretty tasty.

12 oz bottle. Bright, glowing orange pour with a medium white head. There is mild oxidation on in the aroma, as well as oak, cereal grains, mild oranges. Flavor is improved by the zippy carbonation and grows on me as I sip it. Bitter, with mild sweetness imparted from the oak and oranges. As I previously mentioned, the carbonation is nice, there is a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, pretty good.

Pours a deep golden orange. Grapefruit and orange dominate the aroma, with hints of sweet malt. Drinks crisp and smooth. Bitter orange zest on the aftertaste. Not what I was expecting for an extra pale but enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a finger of head on a clear copper colored body. The aroma is loaded with pine and grapefruit... it’s like putting the hop cone right up to your nose. The taste is moderate pine bitterness, then tapers off to a mildly sweet malt finish. The texture is crisp with some softness around the edges. Enjoyable to drink.
