375ml bottle, pale straw yellow pour. Musty brett nose mixed with berries. Nothing strong, just well blended. Great balanced flavors, fruits, sourness and tart sweetness. Dry finish. Delicious! Got this from Holiday Wine Cellar.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle to tulip (shared by tastybeer). Looks good; a slightly hazy golden orange with white lacing. Smells lightly sour with notes of strawberries. Tastes like it smells, only more robust, with a nice, lively mouthfeel. Good beer!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured from a 375ml bottle, thanks to Zane. The aroma is dusty, citrus, nectarines. The flavor is full of strawberries, citrus, straw, hay, malty. This is very tasty. It does end a little one dimensional.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Hazy gold with consistent head. Nose is Brett and oak. Flavor is a blast of Brett bacteria with a rotten oak finish. I don’t get any type of fruit anywhere in the taste of Flavor. Just strong sourness. Long tartness on the palate. I guess I’m missing what is going on in this brew.

I actually can’t remember who sent me this one. The fact an SF company is brewing this makes me happy. I LOVE the Summer Farmers Markets both at the ferry building and in civic center. Fresh Strawberries is totally right!
A - Looks like a berliner. Straw yellow, effervescent bubbles.
S - Very acetic with hinds of vinegar and apricots with I guess strawberries but not a lot of aroma from these.
T - Wow. Very sour. I’m not getting much grape or tannic properties from the wine barrels..oh yeah, okay at the finish there’s some grape skin tastes. Sour from start to finish, loads of fruit. very unique and interesting.
M - Thin, sort of warhead sour puckerness
O - Decent sour but too sour for me and the fruit used is not all that good choice to compliment such a sour beer.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours milky orange with a white head that sticks around leaving plenty of lacing. Aroma is bright citrus, with some strawberries. Flavor is sharply sour with huge citrus notes, and a incredible sweet strawberry finish. Absolutely delicious. I wish I had more of this!

4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
UPDATED: AUG 26, 2013 Bottle. Courtesy of James Daddy. Pours opaque raw honey with a fat fluffy white head. Aroma of strawberry jam, raspberry, and lactic sour acid. Musty and dank. Flavor is strawberry jam with light lemon zest and lactic dryness. Incredibly dry in the finish, but so much strawberry essence and juicy sweetness initially. Astonishingly good beer. Reminds me of a smoother, lighter Allagash Avance. Home run.
