I love great experimental sours. Great tart strawberry taste, the nectarines are warm and fuzzy tart as well. The finish is very refreshing, and delicious.

Incredible! Pours a slightly hazed gold. Aroma of ripe stone fruit, strawberries, hay, light funk, lactic sourness. Flavor is simply stunning. Peaches, nectarines, strawberries, light plums, lactic sourness, lively carbonation but soft on the tongue. Wow.

Goddamn, I wanted to not like this "Farm to Barrel" shib…the bottles are kinda over-designed…blah blah blah. But, the second I cracked it…<3!!! Really beautiful stuff. Oudbeitje kinda notes (waaay less funky, obv.), clementines, grass. Perfectly lactic and terrifically spritzy. Basically, this shit is beyond crushable. Well done Almanac, will seek out the rest. ps Kinda love the bottles now, actually… :

4.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Bottle thanks to my man, raiders707! Pours Hazy yellow, like a thick unfiltered wheat beer. Thick white head that does not seem to disappear. Nose is funky, Brett, some tropical fruit, pineapple, sour green apple. Taste is of sour, strawberries, grape juice, and tropical fruit. This has got to be my new favorite beer! Just fantastic!

4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
UPDATED: AUG 26, 2013 Bottle. Courtesy of James Daddy. Pours opaque raw honey with a fat fluffy white head. Aroma of strawberry jam, raspberry, and lactic sour acid. Musty and dank. Flavor is strawberry jam with light lemon zest and lactic dryness. Incredibly dry in the finish, but so much strawberry essence and juicy sweetness initially. Astonishingly good beer. Reminds me of a smoother, lighter Allagash Avance. Home run.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours milky orange with a white head that sticks around leaving plenty of lacing. Aroma is bright citrus, with some strawberries. Flavor is sharply sour with huge citrus notes, and a incredible sweet strawberry finish. Absolutely delicious. I wish I had more of this!

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours orangey gold with a tinge of blush and a creamy off-white head. Full-fat strawberry yogurt dances from the glass, with an acidic brown sugar note, some Meyer lemon, and yellow peaches just before ripeness. Flavor follows in kind, definitively lactic with complex strawberry notes -- tartness, sweetness, flesh, seed -- and a subtle sugary malty note, perhaps from the oak barrels. Finish is a little sticky but maintains a lingering citric acidity interwoven with a somewhat honeyed accent. A real delight.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
UPDATED: AUG 5, 2013 Wow. Cloudy apricot yellow orange color with no head but a bit of lacing. Fruit is predominant on nose but quickly fades to become lacto dominated. Strawberry then lacto then unripe nectarine then bready with more lacto. This beer just keeps on giving.... Clear bursts of ripe strawberry and nectarine long after swallowing. First class sour. So well done with incredible balance.
Rerate: have noticed some bottle variation with fruit faded from original taste perhaps just some aging a month or two on?
