Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Big thanks to Aaron. Pours hazy gold with a light, creamy head. Big herbal aroma, some dough. Tangy flavor, thyme. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Herby and tangy finish, some lemony citrus. Quite unique and very tasty.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
mild citrus, bread, yeast, I really enjoy this combination during the summer months. White lacing & clouds, carbonation, gold appearance, refreshing, lovely borderline sour. I prefered this one to #3.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour out of 375 mL bottle, thanks Aaron! Hazy yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of lots of lemon, hand of buddha and spice slightly overwhelm the palate, hints of oak, touch of orange but not much. Taste is a mix of lemon, more lemon, lots of spice with hand of buddha, some slight coriander, finishing with some oak, spice, slight white fruits, wine grape as well. Tasty, but different for sure from the others.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle @ home, via trade with bytemesis. Thanks Mike! Also thanks to Levi for cracking a bottle @ MPLS LOL. Pours a hazy yellow orange appearance with a white head. Big lemon, tangerine, passionfruity aroma and the Buddha’s hand comes through quite nicely. Quite spicy / lots of Buddha’s Hand, tart lemon, orange citrusy, almost cinnamon-like flavor that finishes pretty tart. I think I got a lot more lemons when I tasted this with Levi. Very nice beer.

2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle from Churchill’s - San Marcos, CA earlier this month. After the awesomeness that was #3, this was a massive bummer. Aroma is a brazen generic citrus candy, floor cleaner, and lactic sourness. Ugh. This is rough. Lacquer-removing house cleaner. It has a very strong artificial citrus quality to it that just comes across like bad candy, household cleaning supplies, and chemicals. Couldn’t finish. Rough stuff.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle thanks to Barlow. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A light tart yeast nose with some oranges. The flavor is rosemary, woody, tart, oranges and lemon. Very unique and good. Quite drinkable.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, 07/23/2013. Pours golden straw yellow, medium fizzy head sticks around for a minute or so before dying to the surface, leaving dense soapy lacing. Aroma has bright lemon with secondary orange notes, tropical mango, minty brett with vinous finish, sangria-like. Taste is bright tart lemon, much more intense than in the nose and not quite balanced, lactic sourness with lime, tangy green apple, some grassy notes, lingering oak. Light body. Pretty nice.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle to plastic cup :(
Citrusy sour, heavy lemon, a tinge of honey, and mango and brett as well. A cloudy and ver effervescent yellowish amber with a 1cm frothy head (a lot of this may be due to my choice of vessel). The first sip leaves the mouth puckering which recedes leaving a wobbly tinge but a sensation of sweetness as well. The second sip isn't as pronounced with the sourness and it becomes easy drinking after this. I love how this beer makes my mouth salivate. So cool.
