On tap @ Chuck’s 85th. Pours bright clearish golden with thin white head. Aroma is dull malt and somewhat muted earthy hops. Taste is fresh sweet, somewhat raw caramel malt, followed by fresh herby grassy hops. Though clean, a bit boozy for 7%. You don’t see cluster hops all that often, so unique at a minimum.

A - pours a bright orange hue with a thin, Lacey head S - bready, sweet, hints of pine T - bready, citrus, tinge if bitterness up front and a lasting bitter note on the finish M - medium bodied with ample carbonation D - overall a solid beer. The sweetness throws me off a little.

750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy copper color with a big foamy white head that has good retention. The aroma is weak with musty citrus, melons and caramel. The taste, like the aroma, is more musty fruits, melons, bitter pine and a caramel malt base. The palate is full and smooth with lively carbonation. Finishes long and dry with lingering bitter piney hops. Overall: Decent, but with no date on the bottle I have to wonder just how fresh it really is.

Bottle split at Dadsgiving, 24/11/13. Lightly hazed golden with a good sized off white head. Nose is on the thin side for the style, light hops, citric tang. Taste comprises bitter orange, light tropicals, citric rinds, faint hops, toasted malt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, grassy bitterness at the curtain call. Average for style.

Hazy golden pour white small foam. Nose is tangerine. Mouthfeel is soft, great carbonation. Flavour is nice but a little muted, some orange and lemongrass. Well done beer with an interesting older school hop. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Craftshack, shared at Dadsgiving 2013. Pours an amber body with white head and lacing. Aroma is sweet caramel malt and bitter hop. Mouthfeel is medium with notes of bread, sweet caramel malt, hop and spice. I’d love to try these IPAs fresh.

Bottle at Dadsgiving! Pours a faintly hazed golden amber with a thin white head. Soft malt on the nose, a bit of sweetness and almost a vanilla tone. Medium-bodied, sweet and malty, toast, and a bit of citrus. Tasty enough.

Tasted at the 10th Bistro Wet Hop Beer Festival on Oct 6, 2013. This IPA pours a light to medium orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, citrusy and hoppy. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy, floral and piney. Crisp and clean. Medium bitterness. Nice balance. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottle from MeadMe thanks for the opportunity! Pours a brilliantly clear medium gold color with a huge bubbly off white head that persists forever and is fed by a constant stream of carb bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass. Aromas of caramel and pine with a woody earthy edge. The flavor is as the aroma promised with a hint of sulfur and earthy tartness added in. Medium body with a moderate to high level of carbonation and a sweet slick bubbly mouthfeel. Decent drinker, nothing objectionable here, but nothing earth shattering either.
