I thought this was an okay beer. Didn't get any honey flavor or aroma, but it was a pretty solid saison.

12oz bottle from The Bottle Shop, London. It pours a clean golden color with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma is medium sweet and estery up front with light funk and citrus juicy fruity notes. Taste is quite acidic with light honey notes, lemon juice, hay, grass, light spices and bread dough. Finish acidic and clean. Refreshing and tasty

Bottle from Vika enjoyed at home
Orange hazy, beige head. Smell of yeast esters, baking soda, fruity and spicy elements, quite gentle and not at all revolutionary. Light sweet, spicy, a touch of grain, more baking soda, moderate bitter, a strange astringent mouthfeel ends it all with the feeling of not wanting to finish this beer at all. Strange experience really. And where was the promised honey?

Even though i dont like honey beers, this one was very pleasant. Smooth and fruity, with some acidity and wheatness. nothing special, but not bad.

Hazy gold beer, huge pale cream colour head. Airy palate, minerally crisp and semi dry. Tangy floral fruits, herbs, tangy lemon. Seltzer. Gets a little sour before an over carbonated finish. Okay.
