Our Honey Saison is a beer for all seasons. Brewed with Bay Area honey from Marshall Farms, wheat, California two-row barley, French oak and fresh, local ginger root for a hint of spice. Balanced with earthy Mount Hood and Saaz hops, this is a refreshing brew enjoyed best with your favorite seasonal fare.

I thought this was an okay beer. Didn't get any honey flavor or aroma, but it was a pretty solid saison.

Bottle. It pours hazy orange with a big fluffy white head. The aroma is spicy yeasty with gum notes. Light acidic flavor with spicy notes. Light honey notes. Some hoppy notes.

Bottle. Pours clear copper with a large fizzy quickly diminishing white head. Smells nice; flowers, raspberries, light ginger. High carbonation, fills up the mouth and lowers drinkability. Flavours follow the nose with some hay, white wood, spices, lime. Not bad, a bit sweet in the finish and carbonation is too aggressive.

bottle. clear yellow, large smooth offwhite head. quite sourish note, wild yeasts, almost brett, aroma is quite saison like. Flavor is yeasty, citrussy, quite mild, delicate citrussy saison, really well made. refreshing. for a saison it is a bit low on the spices and the belgian yeast, but a little more citric and sort of bretty. however, it works out very well.

Bottle. My first from this brewery.Cloudy orange and quite lively upon opening.Trace of honey and slightly sweet. Nothing really going for it at all.

From a bottle...a frothy fucker. Pours a clear golden amber amber with a huge ever growing head. The smell is yeast, wheat, coriander, fruit. The taste is spice, coriander, yeast, wheat ending dry with some fruit. The body is light with over active carbonation. Too much spice flavor as it overrides everything else in my opinion.... Also overly carbonated.

Flaske. Lysegul uklar øl med et kæmpe skumhoved. Duft af saison gær og en smule syre. Smagen er syrlig og frisk med lidt særhed der sandsynligvis stammer fra honningen. Fin øl.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy yellow with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong floral and wheat. Medium mouthfeel with strong honey, wheat, spice, decent.
