3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle:   Bright straw, orangish, hazy, small to moderate foamy white head, nice lacing.   Bright herbal nose, soft floral notes, a touch barnish.   Very bright, shrubby, some mountain berry like tartness.   Not a floral example, very much like a rustic Saison.   Not much about this says honey.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Average body and mouthfeel.   Shrubby and barnish finish, slightly dry, low mountain berry like tartness.   Certainly a little different.   Not bad.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Had this in a bottle in a bar on 45th in Seattle a few months back. Straw pour, doesn’t ’look’ too thick. Pleasant gingery nose, hint of Earth and oak melded. Flavors are ginger, wheat, and grass, touch of oak in the finish. Enjoyable!

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Honeyed body, thick, airy foam head. Soapy yeasty nose speckled with grassy mildew, leads to a gently clovey phenolic body with a moderate blend of band-aid and grass. Dry, soapy and yeasty finish.

This brew pours a cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium foamy white head that recedes steadily. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of pale malts, honey and fruity yeast. The finish is sweet with a honey and fruit aftertaste. Decent overall.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the Toronado before the CC release. Nose of a tame-critter saison with a little honey. Flavor brought some bitterness, although slight. Palate was pretty solid, but not a huge beer. Better as a lawnmower beer, pretty good.
