On tap at Falling Rock in Denver. Pours hazy yellow with lots of fluffy head. Aroma of yeast funk, sweet honey, some light citrus and pear, a bit of spice, and more funkiness. Flavor follows the smell very closely with some additional sweetness and body, some nice finishing spice and light grassy hop character. Body is light to light medium with medium plus carbonation. Goes down pretty easy. Nothing special but worth drinking on a nice summer day.

Full on citrus aroma followed by the expected Belgian flavor makes for an excellent experience. Made even better by its low alcohol content (which allows one to have more than one).

On tap at Hops and Pie poured a hazy tarnished gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, honey, oak and light ginger. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, oak, light citrus, light honey and light pepper with a crisp dry finish.

Crisp palate that leaves a lingering spice taste on the mouth from the ginger. Tastes very carbonated and slightly sweet from the honey. Slightly malty taste at the back of the mouth. Overall a good, different beer, but not my favorite. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Eureka.

I’m glad to have the chance to try this one; Eureka delivers big this time. Hazy pour, modest head. Wheaty American saison, not as much banana as some, gently sweet rather than aggressively dry, hint of spice from the ginger, decided honey presence especially in the aroma. Overcarbonated, unfortunately. Very nice. I could have gone for another one or two of these.

Bottle bought @ bierkompass.de. Pours hazy reddish golden with a huge frothy and fizzy offwhite head that leaves a small spotty trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is spicy and slightly phenolic with sourdough crackers, hay, pear skins, dried ginger, lemon juice, yuzu juice, dry soil, lemon zest, white pepper corns and hints of honey. Taste is tiny sour and slightly spicy with sourdough crackers, lemon juice, moist hay, dry soil, fresh ginger, white pepper corns, moist wood, honey and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, sparkling, dry and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sour and slightly spicy with sourdough crackers, lemon juice, fresh ginger, hay, dry soil, leather, white pepper corns and moist wood. Refreshing and just the right amount of spice.
