3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Gourmet Haus. Moderate grapefruit aroma subsides quickly. Slight malt background. Pours a somewhat hazy honey orange with full white head. Restrained orange hop flavor with cracker malt back. Aggressive bitterness dominates too much.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Aroma: First pine sap and after a minute - wet dog.
Appearance: Orangey gold with a white head.
Flavor: Malty, grassy with a sharp herbal edge.
Palate: Medium to full bodied.
Overall: Unbalanced toward a dull bitterness. i guess all hop varieties do not lend themselves to individual greatness.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Orange in color with a white head. Really dank nose. Huge pine, grapefruit, and maybe some green onion. Bready malt, grass, melon, and some tropical fruits. The flavor is fairly bitter, but also decently fruity. Pine, grass, grapefruit, melon, and tropical fruit. A bit of green onion, light malt profile, and a dry finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On draft at Tap 25. It pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is grapefruit and stanky onions and grass. The flavor is very bitter and dry with earthy spice and onions. A little grapefruit rind. Overly bitter finish. Interesting beer as the Chinook is rather harsh as a single hop.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap. Pours clear butterscotch golden with a mum creamy white head that dissipates with great lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, Passionfruit, cat piss. Flavor is about the same, very light sweetness, strong bitterness, a bit of a spruce finish. Medium body, oily mouthfeel. Quite nice, a little too bitter perhaps?
