COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with a mash of raw and malted barley, oats, rye, spelt and lemon, this beer was fermented in used wine barrels with a blend of Brettanomyces wild yeasts and Marla Bakery’s San Francisco sourdough yeast. The finished beer is dry-hopped with tropical Mosaic hops. This unfiltered ale is alive in the bottle: drink fresh for a bright, passionfruit aroma or age to develop the wild yeast funk.

Clear gold, white head. Nose is full of citrus. Taste is sour, lemons and lime upfront. Kind of offensive sweetness midway that disappears as quick as it arrived. Light to medium body with ample carbonation.

On tap at the Beer Baron. It pours a hazy golden color with a nice white head. The aroma is bready and bretty with mild stone fruit. The flavor is the same with big hop influence and bitterness. Brett phenolics and bitter grapefruit, pine, and tropical fruit. Almost no sourness. Bready backbone with a full creamy body. So not what I expected, but nice nonetheless.

375 ml bottle, thanks Johan! Cloudy golden with white head. Aroma of wheat, lemon rinds, lemon zest and some wine notes. Taste is zesty, a bit sour, lemon, zest, wheat and vague wine notes.

My Rating 13.800. Bottle @ Champions League Kvalifikation, Aab - Apoel. Pours hazy golden with a creamy white head. Nose is funk and citrus. Barnyard, lemon, hay and citrus peel. Vinous and smooth. Dry and bitter. Quite spacey with alot of flavors going on but good quality!

Soooo much going on here, which is both cool and detrimental to the beer. Aroma and flavor match. You’ll get some dry Brett and a dose of liquid sourdough. Medium to light tartness. Some white wine notes come through as well. The lemons in addition to the mosaic hops is where it goes a little overboard with the fruity blast, but all in all a very cool brew

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Tart and yeasty aroma with light sourness and light breadiness. Bread and tart flavor with lemon and grain. Medium bodied. Grain and lemon lingers with tartness/light sourness.

Bottle from Errl-thank, Chris! Light orange with big pillowy slow fading head and persistent lacing. Nose is light lemon and lactic funk, with some dusty cobwebbiness as it warms. Mouthwatering tartness, citrus pith bitterness, clean short finish.

Very cloudy dark orange. 1 finger head. Very small nose. Maybe some lemon lime? Not what I was expecting. There’s this copper penny and metal steel wool taste. Some salt olive brine and nasty rusty pipe taste at the finish. Just not very good
